We shared our first comic on interview question two days back and today we are sharing our answer for the question. This is one of our attempt to learn the basics in a unique way.

Interview Question Series: 1st Answer

I have one question! Could you please tell me what is agile methodology and why it is more favoured compared to traditional methodlogies like waterfall etc. | I do know that!
Agile-Interview-1 @Pixton

With the traditional waterfall model of software development, finished product often fails to meet expectations because end users were not involved in the process and was able to test only after finished product is ready. Agile focuses on planning, analyzing, designing, developing, and testing simultaneously and iteratively. Agile avoids excessive documentation and focuses on to specify enough details to plan the next 2-3 week sprint. End users are always involved at every stage and feedback is integrated with the product as incremental effort.
